The following rules apply exclusively to the Oil Sands Artificial Lift Challenge. For rules pertaining to TechConnect projects in general, please consult the General Rules document found here. By submitting a response to this project, you agree to be bound by both these Challenge-specific rules as well as the general rules.
Organizer and Sponsors
TechConnect (“TechConnect” or “Organizer”) is the administrator for this Challenge.
COSIA, the innovation arm of Pathways Alliance, on behalf of its members, is the Sponsor for this Challenge (“Sponsor”)

Eligibility
The Oil Sands Artificial Lift Challenge is free and open to all individuals over the age of 18.
Additionally, responses are welcome from:

- Academic researchers
- University students
- Research institutes
- Accelerators
- Incubators
- Technology transfer firms
- Consultants
- Venture capitalists
- Entrepreneurs
As per current Government of Canada sanctions, Pathways Alliance and TechConnect cannot accept submissions from individuals or teams with individuals who are citizens of any of the following countries. Any entry received from such an individual or team will be disqualified from consideration as part of this Challenge.
